I have a nice home in West Olympia that will be available August 15th.

It has a partial view of Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.

Downstairs it has three bedrooms, two baths and a laundry room.

On main floor there is a large living room, dinning area, powder room, office area and large deck accessed by the living room and the dinning area.

The home comes completely furnished.  Does not include dishes cookware and some linens.

The community has a private marina and there are slips available for up to a 21' boat.

The moorage is $420 for the entire year. I also have a rack for a canoe or kayak at the private boat launch area.

We also have a great private salt water park.

The rent is $1,500.00 a month with a one year minimum lease.  The deposit is $1,500.00.  There will also be a $35.00 non-refundable screening fee.
